+ How does Facility Design work?

Most designs can be developed over the course of a few weeks. Our team collects as much information about the clients’ needs and desired use of space to produce a design that reflects those components. We can fully visualize your facility by project managing the entire process from equipment, flooring, and A/V. Your needs and our expertise dictate the scope of the project. We work with you or your architects every step of the way from concepts, renderings, to installation. We continue to use client feedback to further develop until the final design is to the clients’ satisfaction.

+ How long does it take develop a design?

All equipment comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, which typically covers up to three (3) years. If a piece of equipment is outside of the warranty period, FitLink uses affiliate and partner service providers that specialize in equipment servicing. FitLink also offers a continued maintenance package on all equipment, which prevents downtime and sudden repair issues.

FitLink designs are the result of over 25 years of hands on experience using, studying and critiquing fitness equipment and the fitness experience in the gym. Our designs are completely customized and come with a complimentary orientation.

+ How do I sign up for a donation-based classes?

Classses are all donation based at this time during COVID-19. We understand the hardships anyone may be facing, but we suggest a donation of $25 per person for an individual class. Given these uncertain times, we hope you can show support with a small donation.

+ How do I pay for a session?

All payments for personal training programs are to be paid in advance. All subscription training will be charged on a recurring monthly basis and/or until the contract expires.The client may not participate in training sessions without having sessions in their MindBody account.

+ How do I join a small group training program?

We're excited you're interested in group training! You can hire one of our expert coaches to create a custom workout experience for you and your workout partners. You can join an open session as well, check out our Mindbody page to sign up for weekly group training sessions

+ How do I book a training session?

+ How do I get set up with my Coach?

Your coach is based on your availability at the time of your program commencement.

+ How much does private training cost?

+ How does the Digital Training Lab work?

All small group training workouts will be available on our MindBody on demand library with a subscription fee. All of our 1:1 virtual coaching will be available through our Fitlink Training app. The Digital Training Lab is where we develop programs based on your unique needs and limitations.

+ How do I check my subscription package status?

Log on to your MindBody account [here][4] to view your account details. Should you have any extraenous concerns, contact us at training@fitlinksystems.com

+ How do recurring subscription packages work?

Our training model is designed to have all sessions scheduled and serviced within 30 days of monthly enrollment/renewal. Unused sessions will rollover monthly and will expire 90 or 120 days after the contract ends.

+ How does rescheduling appointments work?

We understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule an appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your request. No session will be charged for a cancellation if it is rescheduled in 30 days and the coach is informed within 24 hours. Our team works together for all client programming. Allowing clients to use multiple coaches and substitutes when necessary to keep them on track for their goals.

+ Is there anyway to refund my training session or subscription program?

No refunds will be given on partially used subscription plans. All personal training sales are final after the client has begun the program.

+ Can I bring a guest to a virtual class?

No. We offer weekly donation based classes which each individual can make their own donation for their desired class. Each donation is tied to that 1 class, and if you would like access to another class, make a separate donation.

+ What's the late cancellation policy?

If you miss a scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 12 hours notice, you will be charged for the scheduled training session and no refunds will be given. If Client is more than 20 minutes late for a training session and has not notified Trainer, it will be considered a no-show and charged for the session. If a client is consistently late, loss of a time slot and / or training may occur at the coach's discretion. Time slots cannot be guaranteed after lengthy vacations or time away without prior communication.

In the event of unexpected absence, your trainer will contact you as soon as possible and reschedule within 30 days. If you’re trainer is absent due to a case of an emergency you will be contacted by the Personal Training Director or Manager on Duty to explain the situation and reschedule the session with no penalty to us.

+ I just started a new program, When do these terms activate?

The program starts at your first session. The terms and conditions stated herein will automatically be carried over to your new sessions upon expiry of the current program without the need for a new agreement to be signed and dated.

The cost of a project is determined by the scope and who the end users will be. We determine our rate based on the facility size in addition to how much we need to project manage with various vendors.

Equipment cost is determined by what suits you the best. Your needs will steer you towards commercial grade equipment as opposed to home and vice versa with the price changing accordingly.

+ Is it better to lease or buy?...

Our goal is to find the best equipment that fits the clients’ desired needs and usage. Ultimately, it’s only a matter of what’s best for the individual client.
